The Al-Qaaem fundraising team visited Hyderi Jamaat on Tuesday 31st January 2012. The team included representatives from the ladies, and the youth. It was a positive response from Hyderi Jamaat when the project was launched. (read more…)
The Peterborough Jamaat was also informed about the recent fundraising trips to other jamaats and Mo’mineen were requested to contribute generously to the project and channel their Khums money to the project as full Ijazah of Ayatullah Sistani has been granted.
As part of the Al-Qaaem Project national fundraising campaign, the Al-Qaaem fundraising team visited Hujjat Imambargah, Stanmore on Thursday 12th January 2012 (19th Safar 1433).
A special presentation was given by the Chairman of the Peterborough Husaini Islamic Centre on behalf of the Al-Qaaem Project to raise awareness of the project including the project background, milestones and plans for the future.
The campaign was well-received by the members of Stanmore Jamaat. We hope that many of the believers will join in contributing towards this noble cause.

Today’s meeting was also represented by the ladies and our youth who will inshallah be accompanying us to Hujjat Stanmore to fundraise. Each participant was given a briefing together with instructions for the event and the material to be used. (read more…)
Alhamdullilah we today received confirmation from Hujjat, Stanmore that we have been granted a slot on January 12th to fundraise at the centre. Inshallah we hope to be successful in our quest to fundraise for this project and it will be well attended during Ashra-e-Zainabiya. (read more…)

As part of the Al-Qaaem Project national fundraising campaign, the Al-Qaaem fundraising team visited Masjid Al-Husayn, Leicester on Tuesday 20th December 2011 (wafaat of Imam Zainul Abideen as).
