A meeting was held with professionals to clarify professional costings and it was agreed that minor alterations will not be charged providing they are completed by 31st March 2012.

It was agreed that the appointment of a QS – Quantiy surveyor is necessary.

There was also discussion regarding disabled access – it was confirmed this is already in the plan. There was also a discussion in relation to CDM co-ordinator and M&E consultant
